CLASSES

Functional Fitness

These 60 minute cross functional training classes focus on a 3 Headed Monster philosophy. Strength, Skills, and Conditioning. These classes are coach led and you’ll never leave the facility feeling like you didn’t get a good workout in.

Weightlifting

This program focuses on improving strength and bodybuilding all at the same time. This is a mix of squatting everyday, Bulgarian training methods, 1970s Golden Era bodybuilding, and a twist of its own. A coach will be present and participates with the group.

Bootcamp

Our Bootcamp Sessions are designed to increase both stamina and strength. Every class covers a different set of exercises, so you can be sure to have a varied workout that targets every part of your body week on week. The exercises range from bodyweight focused movements to slam ball routines and even skipping. This means you will get your heart pumping and your muscles burning all in one session. All exercise movements can be modified from the first timer all the way to the elite athlete. Your coach will help you along the way in your fitness journey.

LoCommUnity

Free class offered to all! Start your weekend off right! Invite friends and family to this one of a kind 1 hour long group class offering a variety of different styles of workout led by a certified coach! A great way to sample what we can offer while enjoying a no pressure free offering to our community.
