With our gym’s expert coaches, athletes can enhance their strength, speed, agility, and endurance, ultimately improving their overall performance on the field or court. Loco Depot Training Station’s programming focuses on injury prevention, help athletes develop proper technique and reduce the risk of injuries, ensuring long-term athletic success.
Team Training – Schools

JV Program – Ages 8-13
For our youngest athletes, we lay the foundations to improve coordination and movement patterns. We also focus on building a work ethic and character development. These workouts will consist primarily of bodyweight exercises and conditioning tools in a fun and safe environment.
Varsity Program – 13-18
This program is designed to improve athleticism, coordination, power, speed and strength. Workouts will have weightlifting involved, which is taught with proper mechanics prior to starting with any weight.
1 on 1 Individualized Training – any age
Do you have an athlete with a specific goal? With our individualized training, we will design a program specifically for that goal. From football to basketball to volleyball, etc. our coaches will work 1 on 1 and develop the areas that you want improved.
