Functional Fitness

At LoCo Depot, we train for L.I.F.E. “Longevity in Functional Efficiency”. These 60-minute large group training sessions focus on functional movements that can be utilized in your daily life. Whether you are a beginner, or seasoned athlete, all movements can be modified to meet your needs. These sessions Certified coaches help you maintain the correct position in a workout to keep you and others safe and maximize efficiency.

Bootcamp

We know that working out in a large group can often be intimidating, that is why our Bootcamp classes are a perfect starting place. A trainer will lead you through these 45-minute sessions that include a variety of bodyweight movements along with light strength training with dumbbells and kettlebells. All movements can be modified to fit the individual. Your heart will be pumping while building confidence and getting a good sweat on.

Weightlifting

These sessions provide 60-minutes of strength training specific to Olympic weightlifting, focusing on technical skills, postural strength, and overall improvement to the snatch and clean and jerk. This group training can be used as accessory improvement to functional training or as a strength performance program on its own.

LoCommUnity

Free class offered to all! Start your weekend off right! Invite friends and family to this one of a kind 1 hour long group class offering a variety of different styles of workout led by a certified coach! A great way to sample what we can offer while enjoying a no pressure free offering to our community.
